One-Time Pass ($6): Refunds are not available once a session is booked.
Monthly Plans (Standard $15 / Pro $25): If you cancel within 24 hours of your first purchase and have not used the service, you may be eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues: If you experience persistent, unresolved technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we will review your case for a potential refund.
